BICYCLE
What would a stay in the countryside be without outdoor activities! The Havelland region, with its expansive landscapes and idyllic paths, offers diverse opportunities for short and long bike tours. For your arrival from Berlin by train and bike, across wide fields and through rushing forests, we are happy to provide you with tour suggestions and maps. We have been a "bed bike" establishment for many years. We are happy to assist you in planning further tours towards the Baltic Sea, Lake Müritz, or Copenhagen with maps, tour suggestions, or even luggage transfer to your next stop. For your bicycles, we have bicycle garages, the necessary tools for minor repairs, and a drying room for your clothes in case of rain.
For your excursions we offer: rental bikes and detailed maps, tour suggestions, and a bike-friendly packed lunch.
GOLF
The two golf courses Kallin (www.golf-kallin.de) and Wall (www.golfinwall.de) are located in the immediate vicinity of Ziethen Castle.
As an early bird, let yourself be enchanted by the morning atmosphere on the golf course and return for breakfast, or after a long day of golf, enjoy the culinary delights of our kitchen on the park terrace with friends. We have special green fee agreements with both golf courses. We would be happy to book tee times for you.

Birds and nature
The Havelland marshland, beginning in our park, and the Linum pond landscape waterfowl area offer fantastic opportunities for nature and birdwatching. The annual highlight is the crane migration in autumn, when up to 120,000 cranes stop for a few weeks in the vicinity of Ziethen Castle before continuing their journey to their wintering grounds. Don't miss this impressive natural spectacle! We would be happy to organize guided tours for you with the NABU (Nature and Biodiversity Conservation Union) in Linum.
