The restaurant "die Orangerie" (Gault Millau 2007)
In our restaurant "Die Orangerie" you will experience a light and high room with large bay-windows facing south, north and east, connected with the park by a terrace.
On long summer days you will sit under large umbrellas on the terraces or directly in the park itself surrounded by roses, old trees and the singing of many species of birds.
During the wintry time you will be enveloped by candle light and baroque music.
With our "Brandenbourg Manor house kitchen" we would like to offer you delicacies of our surroundings combined with the secret recipes of the big Manor house kitchens of former times. From fresh, selected ingredients our chefs de cuisine (job-sharing- as both have young children) Thore Redepennig and Holger v. Bahder and their team constantly create new variations.
A carefully composed wine card and a selected variety of spirits have been created for you. We would gladly help you choose.
In November 2006 Gault Millau confirmed Schloß Ziethen for 2007 for the fourth time:

and our hotel the symbol for "first class"
We know about the consequently responsibility and are looking forward to your visit.
The barrel vaults dating back to the 14 th century create a good original atmosphere for evening buffets at conferences and festivities for up to 25 guests. The smaller vault prior to the main chamber often is a place for the cigarette in-between or for lectures in small round.
NEW! Adjoining the 14 th century vaults our new wine cellar was created. Our restaurant manager, will accompany guests with much knowledge and enthusiasm by the selection of wine for your festivities. We would like to invite you to special wine-dégoustations.
